Sometimes items don't make it to their final destination in a perfect state or perhaps something was missed by quality control. Don't fret! We want your items to be perfect. That's why we give you up to five calendar days to open and inspect your items and make a claim. To file a claim, send an email to candykirbydesigns at gmail dot com with your order number and photos of any damage or imperfections. All claims must be made within five days of receiving your item(s) or they will not be honored.
